Strategy Project

Reddit & Community Strategy

Win on the platform brands are scared of — as a real community member, not an intruder.

How it runs

PHASE 01

Learn & Map

Kickoff, platform analysis, recommendations, roadmap.

PHASE 02

Build

Infrastructure, community-voice toolkit, sentiment framework.

PHASE 03

Run

Brand-account management, monthly sentiment + reporting.

The problem

Destinations get talked about on Reddit constantly, and those conversations shape perception, feed search, and increasingly feed the answers AI assistants give travelers. But it’s the one platform where a logo showing up uninvited gets torn apart — and there’s no native way to even measure sentiment.

What we build

We start with an up-front strategy exercise, then run ongoing administration built for how the platform actually works: a coordinated community-voice model with a toolkit of guidance and guardrails, tactical management of the official brand account for the moments it fits, a custom sentiment-scoring system (Reddit gives you none), and content recommendations drawn from what we observe on-platform.

The outcome

Owned attention on a channel the competition is too scared to touch — as a genuine community member, with a sentiment trend you can actually track.

Built for destinations with active, influential conversations they currently can’t participate in without triggering rejection.

Questions we get

Exactly why it needs a strategy instead of a logo. We operate through authentic community voices and use the brand account only where it fits.
